These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
EarnWay is an AI-powered content generation platform that enables users to create text, images, voice content, and more using advanced AI models. The Service is provided on a subscription or credit-pack basis.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI models is intended as a starting point and creative aid. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
3. User Accounts
To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Not share your account credentials with any third party
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service. You grant EarnWay a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.
Generated Content: Content generated by the AI using your inputs is assigned to you. You may use it for commercial purposes without attribution.
Our Platform: EarnWay's platform, branding, code, templates, and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Credit pack purchases are one-time payments that never expire. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
Create spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
Generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service
Resell access to the Service without written permission
Create content that sexually exploits or harms minors in any way
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. EarnWay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
