Who we are
EarnWay (the "Service") is operated by SRIRUNGRUANG VISAHAKIJ COMPANY LIMITED ("we," "us," or "EarnWay"), registered at 222/20 Soi Sukhaphiban 5 Soi 63, O Ngoen, Sai Mai District, Bangkok 10220, Thailand. For the purposes of data-protection law, we are the data controller for personal information processed through earnway.shop and its subdomains.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use EarnWay, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have over your information. It applies to all visitors, registered members, and people whose data is processed through our platform.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly:
Account information — full name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), phone number if provided, and an optional referral code.
Profile information — any optional details you add, such as profile picture, location, language preference, and time zone.
Payment information — when you recharge EW points or withdraw earnings, you provide payment details to our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers or bank credentials on our servers; these are held by the payment processor.
Content you create — prompts you submit to AI features, generated outputs, uploaded files (images, audio, video), and saved templates. We retain these so you can access them in your dashboard.
Communications — support tickets, emails you send us, and feedback you submit.
Information collected automatically:
Device and browser information — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen size, and language settings.
Usage information — pages visited, features used, EW transactions, timestamps, referring URLs, and clickstream within the Service.
Approximate location — derived from your IP address. Used to determine your country tier for the rewards program and to comply with regional regulations.

Information from third parties:
Advertising and rewards partners (such as AdGate Media, CPX Research, and similar offerwall and survey networks) send us postback notifications when you complete a task. These include the offer you completed, the payout amount, and a transaction identifier.
Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) send us payment status updates, the amount charged or refunded, and a transaction reference. We do not receive the full card number.
Single sign-on providers, if you choose to register or log in through one (e.g., Google), share with us your name, email address, and a unique identifier from your account.
Referrers — if another member referred you, we record that relationship to apply any referral bonuses.
How we use your information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
Providing the Service — creating and securing your account, processing recharges and withdrawals, running AI features against your prompts, displaying your dashboard, and crediting EW and ART to your wallet.
Rewards program operation — matching you to tasks that fit your country and device, validating task completions reported by partner networks, applying tier-based payouts, and preventing fraudulent or duplicate claims.
Communications — sending transactional emails (account verification, password resets, payment receipts, withdrawal confirmations), service announcements, and — only if you opt in — marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Improving the Service — analyzing usage patterns to identify bugs, improve performance, and decide which features to build next.
Fraud prevention and security — detecting and blocking automated abuse, multiple-account fraud, payment fraud, and policy violations. This may include IP analysis, VPN/proxy detection, browser fingerprinting, and behavioral signals.
Legal compliance — responding to lawful requests from authorities, complying with tax and financial reporting obligations, and enforcing our Terms of Service.
Information we share with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, and only for the purposes described:
Service providers acting on our behalf:
Hosting and infrastructure — our cloud hosting provider, content delivery network, and email delivery service process information needed to operate the Service.
Payment processors — Stripe (stripe.com/privacy) and PayPal (paypal.com/privacy) handle card and bank transactions on our behalf.
AI providers — when you use an AI feature, your prompt is sent to the underlying AI provider (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Google's Gemini/Veo, and similar) for processing. We don't add personally identifying information to your prompt, but if you include personal information in the prompt itself, it goes to the AI provider. Each provider's privacy policy governs how they handle the data on their side.
Communication tools — our transactional email provider sends you account-related emails on our behalf.
Legal and safety. We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal obligation; to investigate potential violations of our Terms; to detect or respond to fraud or security issues; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of EarnWay, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If EarnWay is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
Advertising and rewarded tasks
EarnWay's Service includes both advertising shown on the site and a rewards program where you can earn EW by completing tasks supplied by third-party partners.
Display advertising. We may display advertising on certain pages of the Service through advertising networks including Google AdSense and similar partners. These networks use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our Service or other websites. You can review Google's advertising practices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and opt out of personalized advertising via Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
Rewarded task partners. When you complete a task through a rewards partner (such as AdGate Media, CPX Research, or Pollfish), the partner shares with us an identifier confirming which member completed the task, the offer identifier and category, the reward amount the partner is paying us for the completion, and anti-fraud signals (IP address, device fingerprint hash, completion timestamp).
When you click a task tile, you may be redirected to the partner's site, where the partner directly collects information from you under its own privacy policy. We share with partners only the information needed to credit you correctly, which typically includes your member identifier, country code, and device category.
Each partner operates its own privacy policy. By participating in a task, you agree to be bound by that partner's terms in addition to ours.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
Strictly necessary — session cookies that keep you logged in, remember your shopping cart, prevent CSRF attacks, and maintain language preferences. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
Functional — remembering display settings, theme preference, and recently used features.
Analytics — understanding which pages and features are popular so we can prioritize improvements. We use aggregated, non-identifying data wherever possible.
Advertising — set by our advertising partners to measure ad performance and serve relevant ads. You can manage these via your browser settings or the partner opt-out links above.
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect parts of the Service that depend on them.
How long we keep your information
Account information — kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can request deletion at any time.
Transactional records — retained for the period required by tax and financial regulations (typically 5-7 years), even if you close your account.
Generated content — kept while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure unless you've manually deleted it earlier.
Server and security logs — typically retained for 30-90 days.
Marketing preferences — retained until you change them or close your account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Deletion — ask us to delete your account and the personal information associated with it. We may need to retain some information to comply with legal obligations (for example, transaction records).
Portability — request a copy of your information in a machine-readable format.
Objection — object to processing that relies on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
Withdrawal of consent — where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (California residents under the CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell personal information for money, but data shared with advertising networks may qualify as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by emailing support@earnway.shop.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we've handled your information improperly.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@earnway.shop. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 30 days, or as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
EarnWay is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@earnway.shop and we will delete the information promptly. Some jurisdictions set the age threshold higher; we apply the stricter standard where applicable.
International data transfers
EarnWay operates internationally. Your information may be transferred to, stored at, and processed in countries other than the one in which you reside, including countries that may not provide the same level of data-protection rights. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses when transferring personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries that have not received an adequacy decision.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, restricted access to production systems, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Service before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this version was published.
